[Abstract]: This article mainly discusses the relevant knowledge of prostate cancer, including oncology, biopsy and prostate-specific antigen. Through a detailed introduction to these aspects, this article aims to improve readers' awareness and attention to prostate cancer and provide a reference for prevention and treatment.

[Introduction]: Prostate cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the male reproductive system, which has a serious impact on the patient's quality of life and survival. In recent years, with the changes in people's lifestyles and the acceleration of the aging process, the incidence of prostate cancer has continued to increase. Therefore, it is important to understand the basic concepts, diagnostic methods, and treatments of prostate cancer.

[Oncology]: Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in prostate epithelial tissue. Its pathogenesis is not completely clear, but it is related to androgen, genetic, environmental and other factors. Prostate cancer is usually diagnosed by digital rectal examination, serum prostate-specific antigen detection, and prostate biopsy. In oncology, these methods all play an important role.

[Biopsy]: Biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosing prostate cancer. By performing prostate biopsy under the guidance of B-ultrasound, samples of prostate tissue can be obtained to confirm the diagnosis of the tumor. During the biopsy process, doctors will use ultrasonic-guided fine needle puncture, which generally requires sampling from 10-12 puncture points. Patients need to make necessary preparations before puncture, such as emptying stool, cleaning enema, etc.

[Prostate-specific antigen]: Prostate-specific antigen is a glycoprotein and a specific marker for prostate cancer. Clinically, detecting serum prostate-specific antigen levels can assist in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and monitor changes in the condition. Generally speaking, the normal range of prostate-specific antigen is 0-4.5ng/ml. Elevated levels of prostate-specific antigen may indicate the possibility of prostate cancer.

[Conclusion]: Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor that endangers men's health. Its incidence rate is increasing year by year and requires sufficient attention. This article introduces the basic concepts of prostate cancer, oncology, biopsy and prostate-specific antigen. It is hoped that readers can better understand the relevant knowledge of prostate cancer and actively participate in prevention and treatment. At the same time, we call on men to pay attention to their health status, undergo regular physical examinations and screenings, and achieve early detection and treatment to improve treatment effects and extend survival.
